Accessibility statement

Veritain is run by Abacie Gamma Limited. We want everyone to be able to check who they are dealing with, whatever device or assistive technology they use.

Our position. We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA across this website and the reports we deliver. We believe we meet it, with the exceptions listed below. Last reviewed 30 August 2026.

What this covers

Everything at veritain.co.uk, and the report you receive — on screen, as a PDF, and in the emails we send. We treat the report as part of the product, not as an attachment that falls outside the standard: it is the thing you actually bought.

How we have tested it

Things we know are not perfect

We would rather tell you than have you find out. These are the gaps we are aware of on the review date above.

We have not yet completed a full audit with commercial screen readers (JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver) on the delivered PDF report. The HTML report is structured with real headings, tables and text alternatives, and the PDF is generated from it. We have not independently verified the PDF's tag tree. If you need a report in a different format, ask us and we will produce one.
Some WCAG 2.2 success criteria cannot be checked by software.Target size, focus appearance and consistent help are verified by hand each review cycle rather than continuously, so a regression between cycles is possible.
Third-party payment pages are outside our control.Card payment is handled by Stripe on Stripe's own pages. We have no ability to change their accessibility, and their conformance is stated by them, not by us.

Specific things we have built in

If something doesn't work for you

Tell us and we will fix it, or find another way to get you what you need in the meantime. Email support@veritain.co.uk, or use the contact routes. We aim to reply within one working day.

If you need a report in a different format — larger text, plain text, or a different document type — ask and we will produce it at no extra cost.

Enforcement

If you are not happy with how we respond, the Equality and Human Rights Commission is responsible for enforcing the Equality Act 2010. You can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service.
